Here's what to expect:

• Students are to report to the EHS Band Room at 5:30pm where they will get to hang out with the EHS Band during their dinner break

• There is ample parking across the street from Eustis High School; depending on what time you arrive, there will be a $5 charge to park, so have cash handy

• We will have pizza available for dinner, at no charge to the 8th grade students

• We will have Future Band Member t-shirts for 8th graders to wear during the game, at no charge to the students

• 8th grade students will get to be a part of our pre-game traditions in the band room

• 8th grade students will play with the EHS Band in the stands throughout the football game

• The band is "off" during the third quarter of the football game, and get to hang out near the stadium; students often get snacks at the concessions stand, so feel free to send your students with some spending money

• Parents are welcome to stay for the game to watch their 8th grader play; tickets to the game are $7 and can be purchased online or with cash at the gate

• Games usually last until at least 9:30pm and students will be advised to be in touch with their parents/guardians for timely pickup

• Students can be picked up in the EHS Band Room
